WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE AS THE REALTOR / REFERRER:
✓ 25% of the commission we receive: If you introduce us to a borrower who closes a fix and flip loan or rental (DSCR) loan with us, we'll give you 25% of the commissions that SimpliFunded receives. This includes any future loans that we complete for the borrower.
We're still working through some of the specific scenarios regarding this offer; therefore, the commission structure is subject to change.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your borrower receives a conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, bank statement, or other loan type, we are unable to send you a referral fee.
✓ Updates on the borrower's loan status: We will send weekly loan status updates from contract to close.
WHAT YOUR BORROWER CLIENTS WILL RECEIVE:
✓ Lightning-Fast Pricing (2-Hour Guarantee, 9AM to 6PM, 5 days a week) – Your investors will receive pricing and loan terms within 2 hours of completing our online loan app so they can analyze deals fast.
✓ 5-Star Service: Our team educates borrowers regarding their options, anticipates roadblocks, and responds quickly to text messages and phone calls - even during the evenings and on weekends.
✓ ‘Close on Time’ Commitment: If the borrower accepts our loan terms within 24 hours, submits initial documents within 2 days and responds to underwriter requests quickly (e.g. appraisal payment and scheduling), we guarantee closing in 30 days or we cover their appraisal cost.
✓ Discount on Refinance: If the borrower buys a property using SimpliFunded services and then refinances the same property within the next 14 months, we’ll offer a discount.
